REGOLAMENTO PALESTRA - FONTE LIVING by Rest Art

ORARIO DI APERTURA
- La palestra è aperta tutti i giorni 08:30 - 19:30.
- Capienza sala pesi: massimo 4 persone contemporaneamente.

ACCESSO
- La palestra e riservata agli ospiti della struttura e ad utenti esterni, previa registrazione o prenotazione.
- L'uso delle attrezzature è sotto la propria responsabilità.

IGIENE
- Utilizza il telo personale o quello fornito dalla struttura, su tutte le attrezzature.
- Pulisci le attrezzature dopo l'uso con i prodotti disponibili.
- Indossa abbigliamento sportivo e scarpe pulite.

SICUREZZA
- Non utilizzare macchinari che non conosci o che non sai regolare correttamente.
- Segnala immediatamente eventuali malfunzionamenti, anomalie o manomissioni al Front Office.
- Evita allenamenti eccessivi o pericolosi.
- Utilizza gli armadietti a disposizione per i tuoi oggetti personali.
- Nei limiti di legge, la Direzione non risponde di furti, smarrimenti o danneggiamenti di beni lasciati incustoditi nei locali o negli armadietti.

COMPORTAMENTO
- Mantieni un atteggiamento rispettoso verso gli altri ospiti, il personale e la struttura.
- Non occupare le attrezzature più del necessario.
- Riponi pesi, manubri e accessori negli appositi spazi dopo l'utilizzo.
- È vietato fumare in tutti gli ambienti della palestra e delle aree di servizio.

MUSICA E DISPOSITIVI
- Non è consentito utilizzare casse Bluetooth personali né modificare la musica diffusa dalla struttura.
- È consentito l'uso di cuffie o auricolari.
- Non utilizzare il telefono in modalità vivavoce.
- Vietato scattare foto o registrare video senza autorizzazione del Front Office e nel rispetto della privacy degli altri ospiti.

BENESSERE COMUNE
- Lascia gli ambienti ordinati.
- Non introdurre cibo o bevande (eccetto acqua).
- Usa la palestra in modo da garantire il benessere di tutti.

MANCATO RISPETTO DEL REGOLAMENTO
La Direzione si riserva la facoltà di limitare o revocare l'accesso alla palestra agli ospiti che non rispettino il presente regolamento o che tengano comportamenti pericolosi o incompatibili con il corretto utilizzo della struttura.

DICHIARAZIONE DI ASSUNZIONE DI RESPONSABILITÀ E MANLEVA

Il/La sottoscritto/a, con i dati anagrafici e identificativi inseriti nel modulo di prenotazione, dichiara quanto segue:
1. Di richiedere volontariamente l'accesso e l'utilizzo della palestra messa a disposizione dalla struttura ricettiva. Di essere al corrente che nella palestra non possono accedere minori di anni 18.
2. Di essere in buono stato di salute e di non essere a conoscenza di patologie, limitazioni fisiche o condizioni mediche che possano rendere pericolosa la pratica dell'attività sportiva svolta autonomamente.
3. Di essere consapevole che l'utilizzo della palestra avviene senza la presenza, supervisione o assistenza di un istruttore, personal trainer o altro personale qualificato.
4. Di assumersi integralmente ogni responsabilità derivante dall'utilizzo delle attrezzature e degli spazi, impegnandosi ad utilizzarli con prudenza, nel rispetto delle istruzioni eventualmente presenti e delle normali regole di sicurezza.
5. Di impegnarsi ad interrompere immediatamente l'attività in caso di malessere, dolore o qualsiasi situazione che possa mettere a rischio la propria salute.
6. Di rispondere personalmente di eventuali danni arrecati, per dolo o colpa, alle attrezzature, ai locali o ad altri utenti.
7. Di aver preso visione del regolamento della struttura e di impegnarsi a rispettarlo integralmente.
8. Di esonerare, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, la seguente società/struttura: AUTENTICO FP - SOCIETA' A RESPONSABILITA' LIMITATA, con sede in VIA OSTILIA 4/B - 00184 - ROMA (RM), e gli eventuali collaboratori, da responsabilità per danni, infortuni o conseguenze derivanti dall'utilizzo volontario della palestra senza assistenza, purché non conseguenti a dolo o colpa grave del gestore o a difetti delle strutture o delle attrezzature.

Il sottoscritto dichiara inoltre di aver letto attentamente il presente documento, di averne compreso il contenuto e di sottoscriverlo liberamente e consapevolmente.

GYM RULES - FONTE LIVING by Rest Art

OPENING HOURS
- The gym is open every day from 08:30 to 19:30.
- Maximum capacity: 4 people at any one time.

ACCESS
- The gym is available to guests of the property and registered external users with a booking.
- You use the gym and its equipment at your own risk.

HYGIENE
- Always place your own towel, or one provided by the property, on the equipment while using it.
- Sanitise the equipment after each use with the products provided.
- Wear appropriate sportswear and clean indoor training shoes.

SAFETY
- Do not use any equipment unless you know how to operate and adjust it correctly.
- Report any malfunction, damage or signs of tampering to Reception immediately.
- Exercise responsibly and avoid unsafe or excessive exertion.
- Store your personal belongings in the lockers provided.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Management accepts no liability for the theft, loss of or damage to belongings left unattended in the gym or in the lockers.

CONDUCT
- Be respectful towards other guests, staff and the property.
- Do not use any item of equipment for longer than necessary.
- Return all weights, dumbbells and accessories to their designated storage areas after use.
- Smoking is prohibited in all gym and service areas.

MUSIC AND DEVICES
- Personal Bluetooth speakers are not permitted. Please do not change the music selected by the property.
- Headphones and earphones may be used.
- Do not use your phone in speaker mode.
- Photography and video recording require prior authorisation from Reception. The privacy of other guests must be respected at all times.

SHARED COMFORT
- Leave the gym clean and tidy.
- Food and drinks are not permitted, except for water.
- Use the gym considerately so that everyone can enjoy it.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES
Management reserves the right to restrict or withdraw gym access from anyone who fails to comply with these rules, behaves dangerously or misuses the facilities.

DECLARATION OF ASSUMPTION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

The undersigned, identified by the personal and identification details entered in the booking form, hereby declares the following:
1. That I voluntarily request access to and use of the gym made available by the accommodation facility. That I am aware that minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the gym.
2. That I am in good health and am not aware of any medical conditions, physical limitations, or health issues that might make engaging in independent physical activity dangerous.
3. That I am aware that the gym is used without the presence, supervision, or assistance of an instructor, personal trainer, or other qualified staff.
4. That I assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of the equipment and facilities, and undertake to use them prudently, in compliance with any posted instructions and standard safety rules.
5. That I undertake to stop the activity immediately in the event of feeling unwell, experiencing pain, or encountering any situation that might put my health at risk.
6. That I am personally liable for any damage caused - whether through willful misconduct or negligence - to the equipment, the premises, or other users.
7. That I have reviewed the facility's regulations and undertake to comply with them fully.
8. That I release the following company/facility: AUTENTICO FP - SOCIETA' A RESPONSABILITA' LIMITATA, based at VIA OSTILIA 4/B - 00184 - ROMA (RM), and its staff/collaborators, from liability for damages, injuries, or consequences arising from the voluntary use of the gym without assistance, provided such issues do not result from willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the management, or from defects in the facilities or equipment.

The undersigned further declares having carefully read this document, having understood its contents, and signing it freely and knowingly.
